As Cube Electric continues to improve our safe culture in 2015, we have initiated a “Z.A.P ( ZERO ACCIDENT PHILOSOPHY) ”. This company-wide initiative communicates expectations and provide tools, information, and training to ensure safe work methods. It focuses on personal responsibility, accountability, and making the right choice every time.
Cube Electric's safety team includes our Vice President of Field Operations, Corporate Safety Director, and Project Safety Coordinators. They are a resource for our customers during all phases of their projects. Our team:
- Develops and administers training programs
- Performs on-site safety audits
- Conducts employee training
- Creates custom training solutions
- OSHA and MSHA certified trainers
